PAYMENT METHODS
PayPal - Mercado Pago - Boleto - Pix - Ted - Doc - Credit Cards Visa, Mastercard, American. We can pay in up to x times - The approval of the order occurs after confirmation of payment.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
For exchanges and returns, send an e-mail to hello@kayadogdesign.com informing the order number, your name, CPF, telephone number, and the reason for the exchange or return. You will receive a return code and shipping instructions.
 
Products will be accepted for exchange or return only under the following conditions: Products must be unused, unwashed and without color or smell alteration. The product must be intact and with the KAYA label attached to the piece.
 
ATTENTION
Do not send your product without first obtaining your return code.
Products sent without a return code will be returned to the recipient.
 
IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE
Send an e-mail with photos to hello@kayadogdesign.com informing the problem, we will open a call to evaluate your request, determine the reason for the defect and forward it to the responsible department, whether it is a repair, exchange, or refund.

DEADLINE FOR EXCHANGE
30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of purchase.
 
REFUND POLICY
The refund will be made in the same way used for payment, after receipt of the return and evaluation of product integrity. The freight for the exchange/return will be free if a manufacturing defect is found. The product must be returned with the DANFE sent originally with your order. Refunds will be given on orders where the right of withdrawal is verified, or where there are vices, malfunctions, or defects. 

Chargebacks and refunds on credit cards will be requested from the credit card company and will occur within 2 (two) subsequent invoices.

If a refund is requested, the amount corresponding to freight will not be refunded, only the amount referring to the products.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
At the time of purchase, the shipping options available will be displayed. The shipping cost will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location.

DEADLINES
The shipment is made in 01 (one) day and the delivery time will depend on the recipient's location. When you enter the zip code of the delivery address you will see an estimated delivery time. When the product is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track the shipment of your product while in transit.

ABRANGENCE
The entire national territory, except restricted areas by the Post Office. If you have requested delivery of your order in an area listed as 'restricted', check with the Post Office about the closest pickup point to you.
 
IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY
If the delivery address you provided is incorrect and results in the return of your order, you will be charged for the new shipping fee. 
 
IMPORTANT
There must be someone on site to receive your order. The post office does not make scheduled deliveries.

6. If there is no one on site to take delivery?
The package will be returned to the mail center.
